Slow Week & We Were Held Hostage By A Little Girl

Hey Y’all!

This past week was one of the slowest weeks that I have had since being out here & a lot of people canceled on us and went extremely shady too.  We were projecting at least one baptism for the week, but they got sick and we had to reschedule with them so they will be baptized this week instead.

Christmas for us went pretty well for the most part, and it was nice to have a day to do just whatever we wanted to.  I’m extremely glad to hear that everyone is doing well and had a great Christmas.  I will admit that it was a little difficult being away for the first time for Christmas, but it’s just one of those things that I will have to get used to over time so it’s not that big of a deal.  It is crazy that we will be starting a new year tomorrow, and that we will be starting fresh again especially because the world didn’t end last week ha ha ha. What a joke.

Again, not much happened this week other than it has been snowing a whole lot and there have been a whole lot of icescicles being broken by my comp and I, but mainly me.  Oh, and we were “held hostage” by one of my recent converts in their home for about 20 minutes, and to tell you the truth it was really ridiculous, especially because we weren’t even planning on going over to their place at all.  It is kind of weird, but kind of humorous too how people act whenever we go talk to them because sometimes it seems like they think they are in trouble even though we just want to talk to them; but with kids they are always jumping off the walls like they are on drugs, ha ha ha.

Well that is about it from here. We will be baptizing again starting this week and we will let y’all know what’s up!

Take Care Everybody & Happy New Year!
